<p> Premier Radiology is on the lookout for a dedicated Diagnostic Radiologist to enrich our nocturnist team. This position is ideal for those who prefer the flexibility and convenience of tele-radiology while working with a market-leading group in a historically underserved area.</p>
<p><b>Compensation:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Competitive Salary: Offering a lucrative salary with potential earnings up to $500,000, based on experience and qualifications, with Partnership Track positions available.</li>

<p> Practice Volume: </p>

<li>Extensive Coverage: Be part of a team of 18 Radiologists with the majority of market capture in MS and AL.</li>
<li>Diverse Caseload: Engage in a variety of cases, ensuring proficiency across different radiology specialties.</li>
<li>Typical day radiologists perform ~95-100 RVUs (less during night shifts).</li>

<p><b>Schedule:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Flexibility: Work nocturnist shifts from your home location and trade shifts with your colleagues (very common).</li>
<li>Shift Details: Monday to Thursday (10p-7a), Friday (10p-8a), with a weekend coverage every other weekend, Saturday (8p-8a), and Sunday (8p-7a).</li>
<li>Weekend Shifts: Option to work weekend shifts with additional compensation.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Candidate Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Board-Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.</li>
<li>Comfortable with high patient volumes and diverse case types.</li>
<li>Commitment to a 2-year practice with Premier Radiology.</li>
<li>Open to early signing incentives for newly graduating Residents, Fellows, or those requiring J1 visa waivers.</li>
