<p> The Department of Economics at the University of Southampton is seeking to appoint 3 Part-time Teaching Fellows (0.4-0.6) in Economics with research interests in any area of Economics and a commitment to excellence in scholarship and teaching. We are looking for someone passionate about working with students and staff with a view to continuous improvement.</p>
<p> The University of Southampton ranks in the top 1% of world Universities and is one of the UK&#8217;s top 15 research intensive universities. The Economics Department has an outstanding reputation for high quality applied and theoretical research in all core areas of Economics.</p>
<p> Expectations from the post holder include innovative teaching practices at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels; research supervision at Masters and PhD levels and contribution to departmental and university administration.</p>
<p> The successful candidate will be expected to start in February 2024 but a later starting date may be negotiable.</p>
