About the role

TEACHER OF HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE (KS4 and KS5)

Maternity Cover from November 2023

We are looking for an energetic and passionate teacher to join us on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave from October 2023. This is a part time position and the successful applicant should be able to teach Health and Social Care to Key Stage 4 and 5.

They must be a competent qualified teacher with experience of teaching Health and Social Care to KS5.

To be considered for the role of Health & Social care Teacher – York you will:

  • Recent Experience of teaching Health & Social care to GCSE.
  • Have a passion for working with children
  • Great classroom management skills

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
