Location: Fareham, UK (CooperVision operate a hybrid working schedule with a balance of office based/home working)

Job Summary:
We are excited to be recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, following a successful internal promotion! This is a core role to the smooth and successful execution of all EMEA Talent Acquisition activity. This is not just a pure admin role – it’s the “glue” that keeps our team moving forward and performing at our very best! The role is a combination of sourcing, scheduling, customer service, data & reporting and system administration.
As the TA Coordinator in a very busy function, you will manage a variety of tasks to assist both candidates and Talent Acquisition Business Partners during the recruiting process. You will support the recruiting team with executing an efficient process, while providing a best in class service and candidate experience.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Provide end to end recruiting support to Talent Acquisition Business Partners, Hiring Managers & Candidates such as:
- CV sourcing
- Candidate screening
- Interview coordination, including high volume assessment centers
- Online assessment administration
- Process documentation
- Compliance management
- Status communication to candidates & hiring managers
- Create engaging and creative job advert postings for open positions using appropriate language to inspire candidate applications
- Manage the internal job posting process and coordinate weekly vacancy list posting across EMEA & globally as appropriate
- Assist in sourcing for and identifying candidates for open positions, utilizing job boards & CV search tools
- Provide admin support on Director+ level recruitment projects via updating weekly status reports, creating candidate summaries, scheduling interviews, updating long and shortlists and updating status comments prior to meetings.
- Support in the preparation for, and attend as required, Job Fairs and Careers events both internally and externally and attend as required (this may occasionally be outside of normal working hours)
- Ensure our Applicant Tracking System reflects the accurate and most current status for the candidates.
- Support the creation of monthly TA reporting, consolidating information provided by TA Leads and TA BPs.
- Perform additional duties or assignments as required by the business
About You:
We are looking for someone with a positive, pro-active attitude and genuine interest in recruitment & talent acquisition. You will need to demonstrate exceptional levels of organization and structure in your daily work as well as in projects and volume recruitment. Ideally you’ll be very comfortable with data, both the preparation of and interpretation – this is a key requirement as we look to this person to become our “go to” with all things data and reporting.
Ideally this would suit someone with a confident attitude, highly communicative and keen to be a key contributor to the success of a team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with all stakeholders.
- High level of organization skills and planning ability
- Team player, willing to support and be adaptable to changing needs of the teams at busy periods
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to handle and be sensitive to confidential information.
- Understanding of global time zones and ability to schedule accordingly.
- Strong process management skills, detail orientation and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Strive to provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Demonstrated related work experience. Preferably in a recruitment/HR setting previously.
- Prior experience in fast paced environment.
- Experience with web-based recruiting tools, including social media, job boards and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
Education:
- A degree in related HR/Business discipline is advantageous
- A Level or equivalent
- GCSE or equivalent
