<p><b>Job description</b>: Orfema Pharmaceutical Industry Limited offers a wide range of healthcare and Pharmaceutical products. We import and market pharmaceutical Raw materials within other manufacturers of medicine in Nigeria and beyond. We import and market finished pharmaceutical medicines in Nigeria.</p>
<p> We are recruiting to fill the position below:</p>
<p> Job Position: Stores Officer</p>
<p> Job Location: Agege, Lagos<br />
 <br /> Employment Type: Full-time</p>
<p> <b>Description</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Ascertain value of stock held and submit periodic reports based on functions.</li>
<li>Shall establish and implement good warehousing practice principles expected of a pharmaceutical industry, this should be done in conjunction with the process/operation officer.</li>
<li>To receive only Quality Assurance approved finished goods from the factory accompanied by duly approved relevant documents.</li>
<li>Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock and changes in stock location.</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance on stock/inventory items.</li>
<li>Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety analysis (JSAs)</li>
<li>Shall carry out the issuing/dispensing of raw and packaging materials in accordance to duly approved BMR and PPR of products.</li>
<li>Make a compilation list of required raw and packaging materials to be procured/needed for product in use. And subsequently back it up with the necessary follow-up action to ensure prompt procurement of these materials.</li>
<li>To operate and maintain the smooth running of the water treatment plant from time to time in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Department.</li>
<li>And to carry out other duties as may be assigned by the management.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates should possess OND qualifications with 2+ years of relevant work experience.</li>
</ul>
