<li>We seek to hire a Solutions Architect who will be responsible for creating and communicating the technical vision for specific solutions to business problems.</li>
<li>They bridge the gap between the business problem and the technological solution, outlining the necessary phases and requirements to make the solution(s) work.</li>
<li>The Solutions Architect&#8217;s focus is on opportunities in Nigeria and the wider African region.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and mentor the Professional Services team throughout the project lifecycle, providing technical expertise and guidance.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.</li>
<li>Design and architect complex technical solutions, including roadmaps and recommendations.</li>
<li>Advocate for process improvements and help develop solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Develop and validate proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.</li>
<li>Review and approve solution designs from other team members.</li>
<li>Perform design, debugging, and performance analysis on solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.</li>
<li>Document and share best practices for new solutions to help the team learn and grow.</li>
<li>Regularly communicate new features and benefits of solutions to partners, customers, and other stakeholders.</li>
