<p> Rate: £400pd &#8211; £460pd Inside IR35</p>
<p> Location: London office 2/3 days a week and remote working</p>
<p> Contract Duration: 6 months +</p>

<p> We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Automation Tester/SDET to join one of our key clients.</p>
<p> <b>The role:</b></p>
<p> You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through automated testing. You will work closely with multiple vendors development and other cross-functional teams to create and maintain automated test scripts, execute test cases, and help identify and resolve issues to deliver high-quality software.</p>
<p> <b>Key Responsibilities:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain automated UI and API test scripts using industry-standard test automation tools (eg, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, RestAssured, ReadyAPI etc.)</li>
<li>Execute test cases, report defects, and verify fixes to ensure software quality.</li>
<li>Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.</li>
<li>Assure vendor development teams testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain test data sets used for test automation</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Key Skills and Experience:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in API and UI test automation and test framework development</li>
<li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or other relevant languages.</li>
<li>Proven experience of test automation of systems integration testing</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CI/CD tools (eg Jenkins) and practices.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.</li>
<li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Desirable:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>ISTQB</li>
<li>CSTE</li>
</ul>
