Site Access Coordinator – 9 month FTC
Site Access Coordinator This role support teams by undertaking a range of key tasks and responsibilities to help deliver key performance indicators.
Salary/package: Up to £24,000 per annum and comprehensive company benefits
Location: Hybrid working out of Emley Moor – Arqiva
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange access for engineers and 3rd party wanting to access Arqiva sites
- Processing and entering permits through various system
- Co-ordinate various projects to ensure key activities and achievements are met
- Provide support to the team by managing complex tasks
- Maintain records, databases and reports as agreed with the team
- Deliver a range of activities to tight timescales
- Manage conflicting priorities to ensure all deliverables are met
- Managing the site access email inbox for queries
Must haves:
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, working closely with engineers and service desks.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
- Customer service focussed
- As required participate in the on call 24/7 rota, managing queries as they arise
Might haves:
- Previous knowledge of an Access system is preferable
