<p>A clergyman, identified as <strong>Billy Little</strong>, has taken to Facebook to reveal the qualities he desires in a wife as he announces plans to finally settle down.</p>
<p>Billy, who is quite famous on Facebook for preaching about repentance and the end times, disclosed that God has instructed him to take a wife on Tuesday, October 31.</p>
<p>Listing the qualities his potential partner must possess, the 78-year-old clergyman stated that she must be between the ages of 18 to 25.</p>
