<p><b>Job Description</b></p>
<p> The server is responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create a warm welcoming and exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.</p>
<p> Fundamental Requirements:</p>
<p> · Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.</p>
<p> · Process guests’ checks, collect cash and process credit cards and room charges according to standards.</p>
<p> · Perform opening and closing side work according to standards to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.</p>
<p> · Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the standards, for mixing, portion control and presentation.</p>
<p> · Serve guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.</p>
<p> · Be familiar with the POS system.</p>
<p> · Carry out cashiering functions by closing checks and servicing the guest.</p>
<p> · Follow all state liquor laws.</p>
<p> · Follow prescribed procedures in serving liquor with care to avoid problems with intoxicated guests, and when necessary report to management.</p>
<p> · Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.</p>
<p> · Maintain clean service areas.</p>
<p> · Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.</p>
<p> · Always clear all empty dishes from the table before dropping the final bill.</p>
<p> · Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).</p>
<p> · Ensure overall guest satisfaction.</p>
