Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company’s interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gaming, particularly in the European and American markets, and a deep understanding of co-development projects . This role requires excellent communication skills, a good sense of planning and pushing, and the ability to drive a team towards a common goal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage external co-development teams, providing strong input and guidance on game design.
- Communicate and understand thoroughly with the in-house team, and be able to drive the co-development team to implement game innovations and feature details on the ground.
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the Project’s overall vision and goals.
- Responsible for roadmap and milestone planning, ensuring timely delivery of product updates and features.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within both in house team and the co-dev team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in game industry, preferably within the gaming industry in European and American markets.
- Possessing certain business communication experience, fully understanding the process and progress of the co-development project.
- Exceptional player experience understanding, with a track record of driving teams towards a common goal.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate the co-dev team.
