<li>Our client is searching for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive recruitment, people management, Employee and industrial relations skills, and competencies.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>B.Sc in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferably at Masters Level. Other professional certifications will be an added advantage.</li>
</ul>
<p> Job Requirements &; Skills:<br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates must have a good working knowledge of the labor law.</li>
<li>Ideal candidates must have upwards of 12 years of HR and employee experience in a well-structured Manufacturing company.</li>
<li>Candidates must be experienced in employee relations.</li>
<li>Must have strong employee management experience with the ability to relate with senior management in a large company.</li>
<li>Candidates must have a good knowledge of Payroll computation</li>
<li>Candidates must have good knowledge of Tax computation remittance and other statutory deductions.</li>
<li>Candidates must have basic accounting and financial management skills to enable the preparation of payment and other similar responsibilities.</li>
