<p><b>Job description</b>: Meridian Health are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants for permanent night positions (days are also available) in Stone, Staffordshire.</p>
<p> These permanent roles offer a pay rate of £13.02 per hour for nights and £12.48 per hour for days.</p>
<p> Hours are 8pm &#8211; 8am (nights) and 8am &#8211; 8pm (days) on a rolling rota of 3 shifts on 3 shifts off.</p>
<p> You must have Senior experience, NVQ level 2 in Health &; Social care or equivalent, be a team leader and have knowledge of CQC regulations in a residential setting.</p>

<p> About the role<br />
 <br /> As a Senior Care Assistant, you&#8217;ll ensure high quality care for our residents. Day to day you&#8217;ll provide coaching and support to a team of Care Assistants, be responsible for the creation and delivery of person-centred support plans and administer medication.</p>
