Meridian Health are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants for permanent night positions in Leek, Staffordshire.
Night Hours are 8pm – 8am, Day hours are 8am -8pm on a rolling rota of 3 shifts on 3 shifts off.
You must have Senior experience, be a team leader and have knowledge of CQC regulations in a residential setting.

About the role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll ensure high quality care for our residents. Day to day you’ll provide coaching and support to a team of Care Assistants, be responsible for the creation and delivery of person-centred support plans and administer medication.
About you
If you have previous experience of working in a senior care role, an NVQ Level 2 in Care and enjoy sharing your knowledge and motivating others, this is the ideal role for you.
