<p> Meridian Health are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants for permanent night positions in Leek, Staffordshire.</p>
<p> Night Hours are 8pm &#8211; 8am, Day hours are 8am -8pm on a rolling rota of 3 shifts on 3 shifts off.</p>
<p> You must have Senior experience, be a team leader and have knowledge of CQC regulations in a residential setting.</p>

<p> About the role<br />
 As a Senior Care Assistant, you&#8217;ll ensure high quality care for our residents. Day to day you&#8217;ll provide coaching and support to a team of Care Assistants, be responsible for the creation and delivery of person-centred support plans and administer medication.</p>
<p><b>About you</b><br />
 If you have previous experience of working in a senior care role, an NVQ Level 2 in Care and enjoy sharing your knowledge and motivating others, this is the ideal role for you.</p>
