We are looking for a Senior Care Worker who shares our culture of care, respect and independence. You’ll contribute to and participate in the smooth running of the unit and you’ll shift lead in the absence of the Nurse. You’ll also work within our established team to contribute to the development of care plans for people who use our service, ensuring we continually offer a person centred approach. You’ll effectively lead, motivate and support staff to promote person centred care and ensure that resident’s needs are met.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working with older adults in a residential or nursing setting. We provide 24 hour care to our service users so you will need the flexibility to work shift patterns, which include weekend working. NQV Level 3 would be advantageous but not essential as the opportunity to study towards this qualification will be available.
