<p> We are looking for a Senior Care Worker who shares our culture of care, respect and independence. <p> You&#8217;ll contribute to and participate in the smooth running of the unit and you&#8217;ll shift lead in the absence of the Nurse. You&#8217;ll also work within our established team to contribute to the development of care plans for people who use our service, ensuring we continually offer a person centred approach. You&#8217;ll effectively lead, motivate and support staff to promote person centred care and ensure that resident&#8217;s needs are met.</p>
<p> Ideally, you&#8217;ll have experience of working with older adults in a residential or nursing setting. We provide 24 hour care to our service users so you will need the flexibility to work shift patterns, which include weekend working. NQV Level 3 would be advantageous but not essential as the opportunity to study towards this qualification will be available.</p>
