Responsibilities:
- Support each student with special educational needs in a personalised way.
- Work with teachers and parents to create and follow customised learning plans.
- Foster a safe and respectful classroom culture.
- Apply your skills and knowledge to meet the diverse needs of each student.
- Track and communicate the progress and development of students.
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting and caring roles
- Experience with SEN children or willingness to learn
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for diverse learners
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service, or ready to apply for one through GSL Education
