<p> Main Purpose of the Team</p>

<p> <b>Your Role</b></p>
<p> This role is responsible for the attraction and sourcing of Joint Venture Partners into Specsavers to work in the retail arm of our business for the north of UK &; ROI. Supporting the business by utilising industry knowledge and expertise together with professional networks to identify and secure outstanding Partner talent. Promoting the delivery of our direct sourcing strategy whilst delivering a credible resourcing service to the business during the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient recruitment methods are utilised to support and deliver existing Partner needs whilst delivering a first-class candidate experience. In addition, the team works closely with Business Development to identify future opportunities based upon candidate availability.</p>
