Your Role
This role is responsible for the attraction and sourcing of Joint Venture Partners into Specsavers to work in the retail arm of our business for the north of UK & ROI. Supporting the business by utilising industry knowledge and expertise together with professional networks to identify and secure outstanding Partner talent. Promoting the delivery of our direct sourcing strategy whilst delivering a credible resourcing service to the business during the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient recruitment methods are utilised to support and deliver existing Partner needs whilst delivering a first-class candidate experience. In addition, the team works closely with Business Development to identify future opportunities based upon candidate availability.

Having a passion and proficiency for exec-level search and recruitment inside a retail environment while having a genuine knowledge if not expertise of how a business works and operates is essential to be successful in this role.
