Teaching Personnel are looking for School-Based Health Care Assistants in and around Leeds to help students with gastro-feeding and buccal midazolam (epilepsy emergency medication).
You will be working with young people in schools who may need 1:1 support for multiple reasons, such as:
- Physical Disabilities
- PMLD
- Autism, ADHD
- Physical and mental health issues
- Anxiety
- Exclusion
- Speech and language difficulties
Required Skills & Experience:
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
- Have spent three months or more in the country
- Have an overseas criminal clearance or be willing to apply for one if applicable
- Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
- Previous experience working with SEND children
