<li>The successful candidate will contribute to the overall management of the group’s investment programs including the establishment and review of investment goals as well as the leveraging of multi-currency and multi-asset portfolio strategies to reduce risk and enhance long-term performance.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Job Description</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Building and managing strategic relationships for fixed deposit customers, serving as the single point of contact for new business as well as existing portfolios.</li>
<li>Drive deposit mobilization for the bank.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers</li>
<li>Ensure fixed deposit account opening form is duly completed and registered.</li>
<li>Advise client of deposit status.</li>
<li>Develop and implement a sales plan for identified target customers with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new deposits to the company.</li>
<li>Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposits and also manage withdrawal attrition.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and private individual clients and individual depositors</li>
<li>Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products together with Business Development to achieve the overall deposit targets.</li>
<li>Liaise with Deposit Mobilization Team Lead to ensure that, due diligence is always enforced to meet the requirements of the regulator and also protect the interest of both the depositors and the organization.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in a Finance-related, or numerate discipline</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as an investment officer, or dealer, in a financial service organization; eg. asset management, capital market, or banking.</li>
<li>A relevant professional qualification from a recognized professional body eg. (ICAN, ACCA, CFA Institute, etc.) would be an advantage</li>
</ul>
