<p> The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant role:</p>
<p> As a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant within the Managed Services HxM team, you will be responsible for delivering support services to a wide range of UK, European and Global clients.</p>
<p> This is a very customer focused, hands-on role where you will be expected to work on customer issues and developments, as well as collaborate with other functional and technical consultants within the UK Managed Services Team. This role will be fully remote, with some travel to offices and customer sites, on occasion.</p>
<p> You will be able to proactively work with the team on SuccessFactors and SAP releases, enhancements and new functionality. This role will be responsible to the overall Managed Services HxM Practice Lead for day-to-day activity within the Managed Services AMS Team.</p>
<p><b>About you:</b></p>
<p> + Expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central<br />
 + Certified in one or more modules<br />
 + Detailed knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules – Recruitment, Onboarding, Time, Performance, Compensation with ability to discuss &; guide clients on options, integration points, and best practices<br />
 + Understanding and knowledge of integration tools, processes, and error handling of SuccessFactors to SAP HR and Payroll applications (Dell Boomi, HCI, PO, etc.)<br />
 + Ability to provide advice and guidance knowledgeably with HR business users<br />
 + Good integration skills with other key SAP functional areas<br />
 + High level of verbal and written communication skills in English<br />
 + Documentation skills including functional specifications, test scripts<br />
 + Track record of full project lifecycle and development activities<br />
 + Can act as liaison with clients for troubleshooting<br />
 + Presentation skills<br />
 + Ability to provide end-to-end business solutions<br />
 + Proven experience in a combined customer service handling / functional support role<br />
 + Self-starter – can arrange your own tasks and workload and prioritise effectively</p>
