<p><b>Job Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Devise a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic and generate sales.</li>
<li>Work with Sales Team to deploy successful marketing campaigns and ensure implementation.</li>
<li>Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy flyers, brochures and others.</li>
<li>Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities which has led to actual sales.</li>
<li>Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the real estate trend and new market opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Expected salary</b>: 50000 &#8211; 70000 per month<br />
