<p>Nigerian striker <strong><a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/umar-sadiq" rel="noopener">Umar Sadiq</a></strong> helped <strong><a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/real-sociedad" rel="noopener">Real Sociedad</a></strong> pick 2-1 win against <strong><a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/celta-vigo" rel="noopener">Celta Vigo</a></strong>, securing their spot in Copa del Rey semi-finals.</p>
<p>Sadiq came off the bench in the 78th minute when Sociedad were already leading 2-0, helping the team maintain their lead.</p>
<p>Real Sociedad broke the deadlock early in the game, with <strong><a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/?s=mikel+oyarzabal" rel="noopener">Mikel Oyarzabal</a></strong> scoring within two minutes of kickoff.</p>
<p>Sheraldo Becker extended the lead to 2-0 in the 66th minute, putting Sociedad in a commanding position.</p>

<p>Despite a late goal from Celta Vigo’s Luca de la Torre in the 92nd minute, Sociedad managed to hold on to their lead, securing their spot in the semi-finals of the tournament.</p>
<p>Recall Sadiq left the Super Eagles camp for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations due to injury. However, he has now featured in two matches for his club, despite expectations of him being on the sideline for weeks.</p>
