The selected candidate will be expected to own and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards in partnership with the BI team. The company works with world-class architects and designers to provide better stay experiences and services by merging modern design and exceptional comfort. During their Series E round, the company managed to secure more than $500 mn in funding.</p>
<p> <b>Job Responsibilities:</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Measure, track, and analyze occupancy and operations efficiency of the firm</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Formulate success metrics to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company&#8217;s systems and processes</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to create datasets, do a thorough analysis, and turn data into meaningful insights</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Present insights to business partners and executive leadership</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with other data associates like Data PMs, BI, and Data Engineers to elevate the data ecosystem</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Job Requirements:</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>At least 7+ years of experience in a senior analytics role or related position</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>2+ years experience working in a contact center environment or with contact center data</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Extensive SQL aptitude with the ability to write scalable, sustainable queries</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent command of Tableau or other data visualization tools</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with statistical and analytical methodologies (e.g., A|B testing, regression analysis, causal inference)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail combined with a strong drive to learn new things</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages is nice to have</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with data modeling, data pipelining, and tools like dbt is desirable</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Nice to have some experience building reports in Salesforce</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to extract meaningful information from vast, complicated datasets and provide simple suggestions for non-technical audiences</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
