Our company was founded nearly 30 years ago and has become one of the largest, permanent placement search firms in the country.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
- Effective negotiation skills
- A business-related degree is preferred but not required
- Can effectively build relationships
- Willingness to consistently preform outbound activity to source clients and canidates
- Willingness to be coached and follow a proven system
