This is a 100% remote position. Our company was founded nearly 30 years ago and has become one of the largest, permanent placement search firms in the country.</p>

<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset</li>
<li>Effective negotiation skills</li>
<li>A business-related degree is preferred but not required</li>
<li>Can effectively build relationships</li>
<li>Willingness to consistently preform outbound activity to source clients and canidates</li>
<li>Willingness to be coached and follow a proven system</li>
</ul>
