<p> <b>Duties &; Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Development and expansion of sales activities in the region</li>
<li>Implementation of customer trainings.</li>
<li>Organization of industrial fairs and customer events.</li>
<li>Develop sales and sales plans to achieve sales and profit goals by direct sales towards assigned and new customers.</li>
<li>Develop and implement Sales &; Marketing plans to drive sales and profit.</li>
<li>Collect customer feedback and market data.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing training, motivation and development to customers to ensure sales and profits are effectively managed and achieved.</li>
<li>Grow the business through new customer acquisition, reactivation of existing customers and increase the share of wallet at existing customers.</li>
<li>Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all company and federal laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Geographical area: UK South</li>
</ul>
<p> Qualifications / Education and Experience<br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ of technical sales experience and proven track record in Plastic processing</li>
<li>Knowledge of the plastic processing industry and the market</li>
<li>Mold technology degree required</li>
<li>Microsoft Office proficiency &; CRM software knowledge</li>
</ul>
