Duties & Responsibilities
- Development and expansion of sales activities in the region
- Implementation of customer trainings.
- Organization of industrial fairs and customer events.
- Develop sales and sales plans to achieve sales and profit goals by direct sales towards assigned and new customers.
- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing plans to drive sales and profit.
- Collect customer feedback and market data.
- Provide ongoing training, motivation and development to customers to ensure sales and profits are effectively managed and achieved.
- Grow the business through new customer acquisition, reactivation of existing customers and increase the share of wallet at existing customers.
- Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company and federal laws and regulations.
- Geographical area: UK South
Qualifications / Education and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ of technical sales experience and proven track record in Plastic processing
- Knowledge of the plastic processing industry and the market
- Mold technology degree required
- Microsoft Office proficiency & CRM software knowledge
