<p><b>JOB OVERVIEW</b></p>
<p> As a Recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to meet the organization&#8217;s staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and understand their requirements, and execute recruitment strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent.</p>
<p><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for specific roles.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain candidate databases and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, certification in HR or Recruitment is a plus.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role (5 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices, including sourcing techniques candidate assessment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Nigerian labor legislation and recruitment compliance is advantageous.</li>
</ul>
