<p> Now, we present a unique opportunity within our Customer Success team for a Recruiter.</p>
<p> No sales pitch here – this role is about building relationships and influencing recruitment strategies!</p>
<p> As our Recruiter, you’ll be entrusted with: </p>
<ul>
<li>Managing a portfolio of clients including client engagement and progress updates.</li>
<li>Shaping recruitment strategies and best practices.</li>
<li>Leveraging and supporting our clients with the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li>
<li>Crafting compelling job advertisements and releasing them to a number of job boards.</li>
<li>Engaging in proactive candidate sourcing and headhunting, using Boolean searching.</li>
<li>Generating insightful reports to influence recruitment strategy.</li>
</ul>
<p> What We Seek in our Recruiter: </p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a similar recruitment role.</li>
<li>Experience in client management / engagement.</li>
<li>Exposure to the UK’s main job boards – Reed, Total Jobs, CV Library, Indeed, LinkedIn.</li>
<li>A natural affinity for building meaningful connections quickly.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.</li>
<li>CRM experience is an advantage.</li>
</ul>
