Job description: RECRUITER – HEALTHCARE SECTOR – NEGOTIABLE SALARY + COMMISSION ( OTE UP TO 30K IN THE FIRST YEAR) – SMALL FAMILY RUN BUSINESS WHERE YOU WILL BE MADE TO FEEL VALUED
We are ideally looking for someone in the Recruiter role:
- Highly motivated
- Self-driven
- Happy to make lots of phone calls to get hold of people and to keep persevering.
- Ideally will have a Sales or Recruitment background
- Used to achieving targets and exceeding them
- Wants to learn and develop in Recruitment. You do not have to have Healthcare experience for this role, as full training will be provided.
In return we will put together an exceptional package to help motivate you as a Recruiter:
- Negotiable Salary + Commission (OTE 30K in the first year)
- 37.5 Hour permanent contract week Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm but sure recruiters are sometimes expected to work extra when the need arises. This is not currently a hybrid role

What can you expect your day as a Recruiter to look like?
- Find candidates on all the major job boards, networking and referrals.
- Interviewing candidates to see if they match the roles you have
- Speak to and follow up on candidates via the phone and email regarding jobs
- Make the successful job offers to candidates or provide feedback if not successful
- Creating an all-round positive experience for our clients and candidates
