Real Madrid secured their third consecutive La Liga victory with a 2-0 win over Getafe at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Despite not being at their best form, Carlo Ancelotti’s side showed composure and class to keep pace in the title race.

The breakthrough came in the 30th minute when Antonio Rudiger was pulled down by Allan Nyom inside the box, leading to a penalty.

Jude Bellingham stepped up confidently to convert, maintaining his impressive form this season.

Minutes later, Bellingham turned creator, delivering a through ball to Kylian Mbappe, who showed his trademark finishing with a curling strike into the far corner.

Although Real Madrid sought to extend their lead in the second half, the two-goal cushion proved sufficient.

The win places Los Blancos just one point behind league leaders Barcelona, with a game in hand, keeping the title race alive.
