<p> Job Position: Real Estate Sales Manager<br />
 <br /> Job Locations: Lagos, Ogun and Oyo<br />
 <br /> Employment Type: Full-time</p>
<p> <b>Responsibilities</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in overseeing the sales activities of the company.</li>
<li>Independently generate sales leads for the company and also ensure target delivery.</li>
<li>Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the company.</li>
<li>Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service.</li>
<li>Oversees sales leads.</li>
<li>Monitoring team sales performance.</li>
<li>Leads the sales team to maximize performance.</li>
<li>Develops and executes marketing plans.</li>
<li>Keeps informed with the latest trends and demands in the real estate market as well on the latest information regarding property tax, financing, and legal requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements and Qualifications</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates should possess an SSCE, NCE, ND, OND, HND, B.Sc Degree</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of 3 years in real estate company or any related organization.</li>
<li>Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson</li>
<li>Pleasant and trustworthy</li>
<li>Will be in charge of the Operations and Marketing of the company.</li>
<li>The candidate must be willing to resume immediately.</li>
<li>Proven track of successful sales record</li>
<li>Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills</li>
<li>Must be residing in Lagos or Ogun State</li>
</ul>
<p> Skills / Abilities: </p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent managerial and marketing skills</li>
<li>Verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Problem Solving Skills.</li>
<li>Digital marketing skills.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Salary</b><br />
 <br /> N250,000 &#8211; N270,000 monthly.</p>
