<p> Job Locations: Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo<br />

<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in overseeing the sales activities of the company.</li>
<li>Independently generate sales leads for the company and also ensure target delivery.</li>
<li>Monitoring team sales performance.</li>
<li>Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service.</li>
<li>Oversees sales leads.</li>
<li>Leads the sales team to maximize performance.</li>
<li>Develops and executes marketing plans.</li>
<li>Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the company.</li>
<li>Keeps informed with the latest trends and demands in the real estate market as well on the latest information regarding property tax, financing, and legal requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements and Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates should possess an SSCE, NCE, ND, OND, HND, B.Sc Degree</li>
<li>Must have minimum 3 years in real estate company or any related organization.</li>
<li>Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Expected salary</b>: 240000 &#8211; 260000 per month<br />
