Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Real Estate Associate (2-6 PQE+) to join their growing team &#8211; either fully remote or access to their UK office network.</p>
<p> The ideal individual will have trained with an established regional, city or national firm and have gained a good overview across a broad range of real estate transactions &#8211; notably freehold; leasehold; leases; sub-lets; L&;T.</p>
<p> You will be able to demonstrate a consistently strong academic profile and think commercially.</p>
<p> The firm consistently rank highly within employee engagement surveys and frequently promote employee well-being initiatives, remote working and place an emphasis on a sensible work-life balance with many fee-earners and partners balancing family and career commitments.</p>
<p> The team frequently advise on complex commercial property matters in the UK and internationally including:</p>

<p> &#8211; Development Projects</p>
<p> &#8211; Investment Opportunities</p>
<p> You can expect to contribute to business development initiatives on a regular basis.
