It will be responsible for leading the development&comma; delivery&comma; and evaluation of the Care Inspectorate&&num;8217&semi;s quality improvement activities along with managing the Health and Social Care Improvement Team&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> In line with the 2022 &&num;8211&semi; 2025&comma; Care Inspectorate improvement strategy&comma; the role will be essential to the four pillars of quality improvement and involvement&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Building quality improvement capacity and capability&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Growing innovation&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Growing involvement and equalities&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Providing equitable quality improvement support&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<p> <b>About you<&sol;b><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> You will be educated to degree level or higher&comma; in a health-related field and hold current professional registration&period; You should hold a nationally or internationally recognised quality improvement qualification and maintain your continuous professional development&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> You will have considerable experience in&colon; <&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Leading&comma; delivering&comma; monitoring&comma; and evaluating quality improvement at both operational and strategic levels&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Coproduction of quality improvement&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Ensuring the voices of people experiencing care are central to how your work is delivered&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Using data to inform quality improvement&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Leadership and management of teams&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>National policy and practice development&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Health and&sol;or social care&comma; working collaboratively demonstrating improved outcomes for people who experience care&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<p> You will take the lead responsibility for providing advice&comma; guidance&comma; and support frameworks to Care Inspectorate colleagues and care services across all scrutiny and quality improvement activities to grow innovation and quality improvement across health and social care&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> You will also lead the development of a wide range of key stakeholder relationships&comma;
