<p> <b>About the role</b></p>
<p> The Quality Improvement Manager will report to the Head of Quality Improvement and Participation. It will be responsible for leading the development, delivery, and evaluation of the Care Inspectorate&#8217;s quality improvement activities along with managing the Health and Social Care Improvement Team.</p>
<p> In line with the 2022 &#8211; 2025, Care Inspectorate improvement strategy, the role will be essential to the four pillars of quality improvement and involvement. </p>

</ul>
<p> <b>About you</b></p>
<p> You will be educated to degree level or higher, in a health-related field and hold current professional registration. You should hold a nationally or internationally recognised quality improvement qualification and maintain your continuous professional development.</p>
<p> You will have considerable experience in: </p>
<ul>
<li>Leading, delivering, monitoring, and evaluating quality improvement at both operational and strategic levels.</li>
<li>Coproduction of quality improvement.</li>
<li>Ensuring the voices of people experiencing care are central to how your work is delivered.</li>
<li>Using data to inform quality improvement.</li>
<li>Leadership and management of teams.</li>
<li>National policy and practice development.</li>
<li>Health and/or social care, working collaboratively demonstrating improved outcomes for people who experience care.</li>
</ul>
<p> You will take the lead responsibility for providing advice, guidance, and support frameworks to Care Inspectorate colleagues and care services across all scrutiny and quality improvement activities to grow innovation and quality improvement across health and social care.</p>
<p> You will also lead the development of a wide range of key stakeholder relationships, internally and externally to progress quality improvement programmes of work.</p>
