 Reporting to: Head, Quality and Safety</p>
<p><b>Job Scope</b></p>
<ul>
<li>An experienced specialist who will ensure that goods produced meet up with the required standard.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Job Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct several product tests and assessments.</li>
<li>Identification of product defects and record and report discovered issues.</li>
<li>Adhere to the company’s SOP</li>
<li>Carrying out Microbial Analysis.</li>
<li>Data entry of all analysis carried out.</li>
<li>General monitoring of activities in the company premises including cleaning, workplace ethics and safety.</li>
<li>Preparation of all chemicals needed for all analysis.</li>
<li>Physicochemical analysis of juice and water.</li>
<li>Quality control supervision of the production line.</li>
<li>Ensures compliance to NAFDAC, SON and other government agencies regulations.</li>
<li>Design, update SOP &; prepare documents for QC/QA purpose.</li>
<li>Ensure 100% compliance to all quality standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of HND / B.Sc with 4 years and aboveexperience in manufacturingpreferably in Food and Beverages</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Juice processing and quality control</li>
<li>Relevant professional qualification orcertification is an added advantage.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Additional Information:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis of all products.</li>
<li>Good overall Quality control of products made by the company adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation.</li>
</ul>
