Job Summary
- We are seeking an adept and innovative Public Relations Specialist with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will lead our PR initiatives, crafting strategies to bolster our brand and engage with patrons effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns aligned with the restaurant’s brand and audience.
- Create captivating press releases, media kits, and promotional materials highlighting unique offerings, events, and achievements.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Handle crisis communications promptly and efficiently, preserving the restaurant’s reputation.
- Oversee PR budgets and track expenditure to optimize resources effectively.
- Foster and maintain relationships with food critics, bloggers, influencers, and local media outlets to increase the restaurant’s visibility.
- Organize and manage press events, tastings, and media interactions to maximize exposure.
- Secure registrations across reputable vending and app platforms to amplify and sustain sales growth.
- Monitor media coverage and online reviews, providing timely responses and managing the restaurant’s online reputation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovative PR strategies.
Qualifications
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
