Support University College Birmingham has been awarded funding to develop the Battery Workforce Training Initiative in the West Midlands region.

This is an exciting project which brings together an inspirational partnership including Warwick Manufacturing Group and Cranfield University and endorsements from companies such as Jaguar Land Rover.

To assist the University in this endeavour, you will be developing, delivering, and tracking the development of the project. In addition, you will ensure we have timely reviews and effective evaluation as the project progresses to achieve the project’s goal and objectives. Experience as an effective and efficient project co-ordinator is essential for this role.

The core aim of this project is to: develop innovative approaches to battery workforce development. develop innovative approaches to outreach which will attract diverse talent to careers in the battery industry. You will have the opportunity to support this cutting-edge project which has a significant national profile.
