for a Programme Leader for the Health and Social Care Department&period; The successful candidate will lead a teaching team which supports&comma; 16-19 study programmes&comma; adult full time and part time courses&period; You will be involved in designing and delivering a curriculum that is based on the ever-changing needs of the health and social care sector&semi; and that develops the right knowledge&comma; skills and behaviours of our learners&comma; enabling them to achieve a career or higher education in their chosen field&period; You will also engage with local employers to support with continued curriculum development and work experience &sol; placement opportunities&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> If you are passionate about sharing your knowledge and skills&comma; developing and leading a team of outstanding Programme Tutors&comma; and have a strong track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning opportunities within a career focussed curriculum&comma; then this is the ideal job for you&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> You will need to be organised&comma; innovative&comma; a strong performance manager and have the drive to further grow our links with key employers&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> You should hold a relevant degree and a teaching qualification&comma; as well as lead quality assurance experience&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> Successful candidates must have relevant health&comma; or social care&comma; industry experience within the last 10 years&period;
