<li>As a Product Manager, you will lead the change in creating and optimizing the journey for prospective candidates to discover and choose our institute.</li>

<ul>
<li>Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and converting prospective candidates into enrolled students.</li>
<li>Designing end-to-end candidate journeys, from initial touchpoints to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience.</li>
<li>Leading the admissions, marketing, and tech teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and seamless integration across all touchpoints.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree / Master&#8217;s Degree</li>
<li>4 to 6 years of experience in product management, software development, talent development, or related fields</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the software engineering industry and job market trends</li>
