<p> You&#8217;ll be a team player ensuring that you and your team meet the unique needs of each child, leading your room team to plan, organise and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards for child learning and development. You&#8217;ll ensure the educators in your classroom take ownership of observing and assessing their key children, and you&#8217;ll support them in setting goals for each child. But it&#8217;s not just about the children &#8211; you&#8217;ll be a role model for excellence, accountable for your team following standards and driving the growth, development and progression of your team.</p>

<p> For the Nursery Room Leader role, it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English including functional skills are also a must if you obtained your qualification after 2014.
