The TQIO research group is a dynamic team of researchers working on quantum imaging and photonics-based approach to quantum information science&period; The group is funded by the US Federal Agencies and has strong collaboration with experimental groups in EU and South America&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> Starting date and duration&colon; The appointment will preferably begin in Fall 2023 and be for one year&comma; renewable for up to three years depending on performance and availability of funds&period; The starting date can be flexible for a suitable candidate&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> Job description&colon; The selected candidate will be involved in cutting-edge theoretical research projects focusing on 1&rpar; the study of entangled quantum states in various interferometric arrangements&comma; and 2&rpar; application of quantum physics to push boundaries of imaging science further&period; The selected candidate is also expected to work jointly with the students in the group&period; A willingness and ability collaborate with experimental groups would be an advantage&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> Qualification&colon; The successful candidate should have a PhD or about to submit their thesis in Physics or a related field with background in one or more of classical and quantum optics&comma; imaging with light&comma;
