<p><b>Job Overview</b></p>

<li>The Supply Chain Pharmacy Assistant, working closely with the Lead Supply Chain Pharmacist, plays a pivotal role in facilitating and optimizing the procurement process.</li>
<li>They will leverage their knowledge in procurement and data analytics to ensure a smooth supply chain operation while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Responsibilities and Duties</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the Lead Supply Chain Pharmacist in procurement and order fulfillment tasks.</li>
<li>Oversee the entire invoice order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.</li>
<li>Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimize procurement processes.</li>
<li>Analyze supply chain data to pinpoint trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders to meet delivery expectations.</li>
<li>Engage with finance teams to confirm accurate billing and streamline payment processes.</li>
<li>Generate and review reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.</li>
<li>Participate in discussions with IT teams to harness data analytics for decision-making.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with industry and company standards throughout the order fulfillment process.</li>
<li>Provide insights for inventory optimization and demand forecasting based on order trends.</li>
<li>Build robust relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and address any potential bottlenecks or disruptions in the supply chain.</li>
<li>Regularly audit data sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.</li>
<li>Assist the Lead Supply Chain Pharmacist in negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms.</li>
<li>Propose and implement process improvements within the order fulfillment chain.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments to align on procurement needs and priorities.</li>
<li>Continuously monitor order turnaround times and devise strategies for enhancement.</li>
<li>Engage in training sessions for continuous professional development.</li>
<li>Collaborate on projects aimed at refining and innovating the procurement process.</li>
<li>Ensure that the decision-making process in procurement is data-driven and efficient.</li>
