This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and has high attention to detail.</p>
<p> The Permit Coordinator Responsibilities include: </p>
<ul>
<li>Permit coordination</li>
<li>Submit permit applications to local municipality offices</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service to our customers</li>
<li>Audit customer paperwork; correct missing information</li>
<li>Run payments in multiple systems</li>
<li>Ensure that installers send in proper documentation16.00</li>
<li>Drive positive outcomes for all customer service issues</li>
<li>Work closely with the customer service team and sales team</li>
<li>Answer customer inquiries</li>
</ul>
<p> Successful Permit Coordinators will have: </p>
<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail while producing high-quality work</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize</li>
<li>Great communication skills</li>
<li>Empathy</li>
<li>Ability to work as a team</li>
<li>Excellent office and computer skills with Word and Excel</li>
<li>Type 35+ WPM</li>
<li>Experience interfacing with municipality and building departments</li>
</ul>
