<p> As a Permit Coordinator, you are responsible for managing all facets of permitting. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.<br />

<ul>
<li>Pay Range: $20-$22</li>
</ul>
<p> In addition, you will:<br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Submit permit applications for construction projects</li>
<li>Track and manage lifecycles of permits to include change orders</li>
<li>Interact with the city, county, and state municipalities relating to permitting</li>
<li>Understand permitting code and policy</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications</b></p>
<p> <b>About You:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Safety is a part of your day to day</li>
<li>You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality</li>
<li>You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work</li>
<li>You are looking for long term projects</li>
<li>You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team</li>
<li>You can learn different city, county, and state permitting rules and guidelines</li>
<li>You understand all phases of the permitting process</li>
<li>You have at least 1-3 years of progressively challenging permitting and 3 years of professional experience</li>
<li>You can learn, or create a system to track and manage multiple permits in various phases of progress</li>
<li>You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software</li>
