<p> <b>Job Responsibilities</b><br />
 <br /> Process Optimization: </p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze and evaluate operational workflows to identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of lending processes.</li>
</ul>
<p> Compliance and Risk Management: </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.</li>
<li>Identify and assess operational risks, implementing measures to mitigate these risks.</li>
</ul>
<p> Data Analysis and Reporting: </p>
<ul>
<li>Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to lending operations.</li>
<li>Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key operational metrics to management.</li>

<p> Customer Service Support: </p>

<li>Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to lending operations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.</li>

<p> Loan Processing: </p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the loan application and approval process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to lending policies.</li>
<li>Work with the underwriting team to assess and verify borrower information.</li>

<p> Documentation and Record-Keeping: </p>

<li>Maintain accurate and organized records of loan transactions.</li>
<li>Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards.</li>

<p> Collaboration: </p>

<li>Collaborate with different departments, including finance, compliance, and customer service, to streamline cross-functional processes.</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison between departments to address operational challenges and implement solutions.</li>

<p> <b>Job Qualifications</b> </p>

<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or any other</li>
<li>Proven experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a related role in the lending industry.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and operational software.</li>
