<li>We are seeking enthusiastic and welcoming hostesses to join our Restaurant and Lounge.</li>
<li>As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable first impression.</li>
<li>Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with waitstaff to ensure a smooth dining experience.</li>

<p> <b>Key Duties &; Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.</li>
<li>Manage and prioritize guest reservations, ensuring efficient seating arrangements.</li>
<li>Communicate estimated wait times to guests and offer comfortable waiting areas if necessary.</li>
<li>Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and assisting with seating preferences.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized waiting area, ensuring it is tidy and well-presented.</li>
<li>Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries, reservation requests, and general information.</li>
<li>Coordinate with waitstaff to manage the flow of guests and ensure efficient table turnovers.</li>
<li>Assist in managing the reservation book, including recording guest details and special requests.</li>
<li>Inform guests of any special promotions, events, or menu changes.</li>
<li>Thank guests for their visit as they depart and invite them to return.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Key Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 4 years experience as a hostess in a similar customer-facing role.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Friendly and welcoming demeanour with a strong customer service orientation.</li>
<li>Ability to remain calm and courteous under high-pressure situations.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using reservation management software is a plus.</li>
<li>Attention to detail.</li>
<li>Applicants must be able to commute conveniently</li>
