As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the office in Katowice.

Key responsibilities

  • Review signed client contract and/or statement of works on each new appointment to ensure a thorough understanding of the service to be provided, as a part of the on-boarding and for billing purposes;
  • Work with other TMF departments (Transition, Legal, Sales etc.) to ensure a smooth transition of services for the client;
  • Attend meetings/calls with prospective clients for requirements gathering and plan onboarding timeframes;
  • Proactively, lead and manage new client on-boarding within the team for clients of all sizes and complexities, utilizing team members as appropriate and allocating resource;
  • Ensure data provided to and from client is accurate and timely, maintaining communication with clients on a regular basis and there is adherence to agreed TMF processes;
  • Recommend efficiencies in on-boarding to transition team where applicable;
  • Consistently approach on-boarding with a view to improve efficiencies and automate processes where possible;
  • Run or review parallel payrolls and reporting to ensure the mapping of payroll has been transitioned successfully;
  • Manage a team of employees, conduct 1-1’s, end of year reviews, allocate work, review payrolls, manage billing and process or approve payments;
  • Maybe required to process payrolls, or cover for other Team Leaders in the RDC in the event of absence.

This Role will be working on both UK & Ireland Payroll so a commitment to learn local legislation will be required.

Key requirements

  • Experience of on-boarding new clients of all sizes and complexities;
  • IPASS/CIPP, or equivalent qualification with substantial experience in a fast paced, high volume payroll position;
  • A detailed knowledge of Paye As You Earn (including Benefits In Kind) and PRSI/NI;
  • Familiarity with Revenue’s Online Service and bank transfer processes;
  • Experience with payroll systems e.g. Megapay, STAR and Microsoft office packages and or willingness to learn to use payroll systems;
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with strong ability to plan ahead and organize themselves;
  • Able to articulate and communicate with clients in a concise and professional manner;
  • Fluency in English is required.
