<p>Renowned Nollywood actress <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/Omotola-Jalade-Ekeinde"><strong>Omotola Jalade Ekeinde</strong></a> has shared a reflection on self-love and resilience while revealing how she came about her tummy scar.</p>
<p>According to the famous figure, she got the scar after <strong>an emergency surgery</strong> in 2024 without revealing what the procedure was about.</p>
<p>Taking to Instagram, the beloved actress, popularly known as <em>Omosexy</em>, revealed how the experience left her with <strong>a scar on her stomach</strong>—an area she once considered one of her most attractive features.</p>
<p>During a special <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/Valentine's-Day"><strong>Valentine’s Day</strong></a> photoshoot, Omotola posted a video where she momentarily lifted her top, revealing her tummy before adjusting her outfit.</p>
<p>She admitted having a fleeting moment of insecurity but quickly dismissed it, choosing to focus on gratitude and self-acceptance.</p>
<p>In her heartfelt message, she encouraged others to embrace their physical and emotional scars while celebrating life.</p>
<p><em>“Loving yourself first is the greatest Val gift. Late last year, I had an emergency surgery… One of the best parts of my body was my tummy… Oh well, not so perfect now…</em></p>
<p><em>“During this shoot, I forgot and grabbed my top during my pose, and I heard a little voice say… there’s nothing to show anymore…</em></p>
<p><em>“Not me! That thing that’ll shake my confidence has not been created. I smiled and danced. I’m alive… it’s just scars.</em></p>
<p><em>“Some people’s scars are physical, and some are emotional… but today, smile, dance, and be proud, beautiful. You’re still here, and you look darn good too!</em></p>
<p><em>“What if I’m not perfect? Would you still love me?”</em></p>
