&dollar;71&comma;364 &&num;8211&semi; &dollar;122&comma;337 annual salary&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations&colon; <&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Provide comprehensive occupational health support to all employees in a manufacturing facility&period; This includes but is not limited to injury and illness assessments&comma; treatment&comma; and follow-up care&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Collaborate with the EHS and local leadership teams to develop&comma; implement&comma; and evaluate occupational health programs&comma; policies&comma; procedures&comma; and wellness programs&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Actively participate in achieving the objectives of the EHS team&comma; demonstrating a commitment to environmental health and safety practices and initiatives&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Provide treatment&comma; necessary medication&comma; and immunizations&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Perform nursing services and timely assessments for employees with injuries and&sol;or illnesses including emergency and urgent care&comma; within established guidelines of Hexcel’s policies and the Nurse Practice Act in the State of Washington&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Manage and work with the TPA on the worker’s compensation program Work with Safety to report monthly statistics&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Track results for physicals and drug screening results for pre-employment&comma; return to work&comma; random and reasonable suspicion processes&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Ensure the Occupational Health Clinic follows Federal and State regulations&period; Stay up to date with current industry trends and best practices in occupational health nursing&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Maintain confidential medical records according to company policy and or State and Federal standards&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Perform Audiograms and Respiratory Physicals with respirator fit testing which comply with the OSHA Noise and Respiratory Standards&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<p><b>Qualifications&colon;<&sol;b><&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from accredited school&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Current valid State of Washington registered nurse license&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nursing with minimum of 2 years in occupational health nursing&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Knowledge of OSHA regulations and guidelines&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Experience with claims management for work-related injuries&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Previous experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment desired&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Must have strong verbal and written communication skills&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Certification in hearing conservation through the Council of Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation &lpar;CAOHC&rpar;
