Newcastle manager Eddie Howe has reiterated that star striker Alexander Isak is not for sale, despite reported interest from Arsenal.
The 24-year-old, who joined Newcastle in a club-record £63 million deal in 2022, has been in impressive form this season.
Isak scored two penalties in their recent 4-3 win over West Ham, bringing his total goal tally to 18 for the campaign across all competitions.
Although Isak has been linked with a potential move to Arsenal, Newcastle are adamant about retaining their prized star player.
Speaking about Isak’s future, Howe said, “He’s an outstanding talent and no one connected with Newcastle would want to lose him.”
